Vascular BioSciences has created a majority-owned subsidiary, VBS Pharmaceuticals, to discover and in-license drug candidates that target proteins and receptors found in diseased vasculature.

These drug candidates will arise from our ongoing research into vascular-based disease formation and progression. Proteins and receptors involved in disease processes provide targets for therapeutic intervention and drug development.

Vascular BioSciences’ endoarterial biopsy catheter will facilitate the discovery and development of our drug candidates by identifying proteins and receptors found in the diseased arteries of pre-clinical animal models and patients.
